Biography
Yurdagül Rüzgar Esq., graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1987. She started her career in Ziraat Bank as a lawyer. In the last 7 years of her office at Ziraat Bank, she acted as Head Legal Counsel. After 26 years of experience, she retired in 2013 and founded her own law office.
She specialized on banking and finance and mainly provides legal consultancy as to commercial law, insurance law, competition law, consumer law, intellectual property law, international civil law.
She attended symposiums organized by the Banks Association of Turkey as lecturer and made presentations as to the new Turkish Code of Obligations and banking issues. She also gave lectures at Bilkent University as a guest lecturer to the LLM students. She attended to Career Days of Ankara University and informed and inspired future lawyers as to her profession.
She also gives lectures regarding the new Turkish Commercial Code and Turkish Code of Obligations in various occasions.
She speaks English and French.
